Last July 1, the Diocese of Leiria-Fatima organized the first meeting of diocesan pilgrims for World Youth Day (WYD) Lisbon 2023, at the Paulo VI Pastoral Center in Fatima.

The morning featured plenty of entertainment, where young people had the opportunity to get to know each other and celebrate the faith, one month away from the biggest meeting of young people from all over the world with the Pope. Through songs, theatrical plays and moments of sharing, the young people of the Diocese of Leiria-Fatima have already started their journey.

The main objective of the meeting was to prepare the young people who will travel to Lisbon to participate in the largest meeting of young people from all over the world with the Pope, from 1 to 6 August.
