Pope Francis received a Pilgrim Kit for World Youth Day (WYD) 2023 on Thursday in Rome. This backpack will have basic items that will be given to young people who are registered to participate in this momentous encounter with the Pope. It was hand delivered by the President of the WYD Lisbon 2023 Foundation and General Coordinator, D. Américo Aguiar, Auxiliary Bishop of Lisbon, who is in Rome for an audience with the Holy Father in the Vatican City.
