Inclusive sport – demonstration
Sports, understood as the practice of physical exercise, is considered the activity that brings people closer together and makes them equal. It promotes relationships and the exchange of experiences with others, leads to the discovery of individual and social limits and potential, and overcomes some barriers imposed by society.
During the afternoon of August, 2nd, at the Pavilion 2 of the Estádio Universitário Sports Centre, with the support and organization of the Benfica Foundation, you will be able to participate in several Inclusive Sports stations, trying out sports such as Blind Football, Walking Football and Korfball.
