Norbert Lammert, German politician and sociologist, visited today, June 28, the headquarters of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for World Youth Day (WYD) Lisbon 2023.

The chairman of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation recalled that WYD Lisbon 2023 is an encounter between everyone and an opportunity to "make religion and the Church visible and present", also recalling that this encounter "is not only something personal, but a matter of community and belonging".

During the visit, Norbert Lammert met with the ex Ambasciatore, Ana Martinho, and also met with D. Américo Aguiar, President of the WYD Lisbon 2023 Foundation.
